Commercial Property Management, Inc. is the ONLY FULL SERVICE property management company in Southern Oregon. Included in these services we offer comprehensive property evaluation, tenant screening, rent collection and dispersal, record keeping, legal protection documentation, property maintenance and IRS Expense documentation.
Founded in 1974, Commercial Property Management, Inc. is also the ONLY Property Management organization in our region, to receive the prestigious “Accredited Management Organization” (AMO®) designation. This is awarded by the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) for excellence in property and asset management. We are a licensed Real Estate organization and are members of the National, State and Local Board of Realtors. Our present portfolio consists of nearly 1 million square feet of office, retail and commercial buildings, 2,200 residential units, 17 manufactured home parks and 31 homeowner associations. We manage mobile home parks, condominiums, apartments, duplexes, single family dwellings, shopping centers, commercial buildings, professional office buildings, retail space, mini-storage facilities, homeowner associations and industrial warehouses.
