For the past 35 years we have continued to grow as a company and so have our services – we manage Residential Properties, Manufactured Home Parks, Homeowners Associations, Maintenance, Investment Strategies and Disposition as well as Commercial Properties. In order to better reflect who we are as a full service real estate company we are changing our name. As of November 1st, 2010 we will become CPM Real Estate Services, Inc. Many in Southern Oregon already know us as CPM, and we feel this respects our past, and embraces the future.
